Our team of chemists and engineers develop reliable formulas for compliant, safe and efficient health, beauty & grooming products. All Spartan Brands products are formulated in our own labs and produced by us in our own facilities.
With decades of experience formulating and producing personal care products, we have complete ownership of the development process: product inception, lab formulation, custom fragrance development, consumer testing, and manufacturing. All of our formulas are original, created and tested by us, on real people — never on animals and always from scratch.

IN-HOUSE STABILITY/COMPATIBILITY TESTING
Stability testing is conducted to ensure that the product formulation and packaging is compatible so that the product remains stable throughout its shelf life.
Our process includes:
Exposure in accelerated conditions chambers
pH testing, specific gravity, viscosity, particulate matter
Antimicrobial effectiveness tests
Color, odor and appearance
Freeze/thaw cycles analysis
Weight change
